who has just received tenure and promotion at Towson University in Maryland, where he has been Assistant Professor (now to be Associate Professor) of French and Arabic, focusing on contemporary North Africa. His Spring 2020 teaching includes a course on Journey & Quest in World Literature, “Orientalism.”
