Professional Bio
Kendra McDuffie is a PhD candidate in the dual-title Comparative Literature and Asian Studies program at Penn State University. Her broader research interests center on visual culture and gender in East Asia.
She is also the Editorial Assistant & the Social Media/Events Coordinator for the Global Asias Initiative. She provides support for the Summer Institute and Verge on the Road projects, helps organize and promote GAI events such as the Global Asias conference series, and generates social media content.
