HOW DOES COMPARATIVE LITERATURE COMBINE WITH A FOREIGN LANGUAGE MAJOR?

If you have a major in another language with a literature focus, you may be able to add a CMLIT major with 12-18 credits.

NOTE: 12 of the credits below must be at the 400 level.

Choose any TWO additional CMLIT courses 6
OR take these Comparative Literature courses for your General Education Humanities requirement, in which case they are not 6 additional credits!

Foreign language 

Choose TWO foreign language courses beyond the 003 level Double 6

Choose FOUR literature courses in the department of your foreign language major.
(These must be literature courses.
