The STARTALK Arabic Academy provides a unique opportunity for high school and college students to learn the Arabic language in a four-week, small-group, intensive, innovative program. Upon successful completion of the program, students receive 4 Penn State University college credits. The program is designed for beginners, who will take Penn State’s first college course in Arabic (ARAB 001). Prority will be given to Pennsylvania residents.
Please note: high school students need to be within commuting distance, as housing is not provided. College students may make their own dorm or other housing arrangements.
