On this page you will find a sampling of web links to assist you in locating information and utilizing resources relating to LCTLs available through the internet. The directory is divided into two sections. The first lists web pages devoted to organizations and libraries which deal with a variety of topics and languages. The second section provides web resources for individual languages and may facilitate your search for further materials on those particular languages. There are many other sites and we encourage you to explore widely, using your search engine.

Professional Organizations and Collective Language Resources

American Council on the Teaching of Foreign Languages (ACTFL)
The American Council on the Teaching of Foreign Languages is an individual membership organization of more than 7,000 foreign language educators and administrators from elementary through graduate education, as well as government and industry.
